I. Oil press overview

Oil press is the key equipment to extract oil from oil plants. Screw oil press is the current most widely used oil extraction machine. People choose this machine because it is convenient to use, good in quality and it can ensure stable working performance. Zhengzhou Defy is the leading oil press manufacturer in China. II. How to improve production?

The best way is to first roast sesame and then extracting sesame. The whole process is as following:

Roast sesame into light gray color with burst. There is oil outflow when squeezing with hands. Fry it with fierce fire, temperature between 120-150°C, cake thickness0.7-1.5mm. When extracting oil with oil press, then oil extracting is continuous, almost with oil scrap. The oil cake is of strip shape. One time extracting is ok.
