III.Operating Principle

Driven by the electric motor, the oil pump sends out the hydraulic oil to push the piston in thecrimpingoil cylinderto move forward, making the piston and two internal taper sleeves on the front cover push thedie holderwith symmetrical conical surface to retract radially to realize thecrimping ofdie tothe rubber hose assembly. When theamount ofretraction reaches the setting value of staff gauge,thecrimpingstops automatically; after the solenoid operated directional valve changes direction, the hydraulic oil enters into four die-opening oil cylinders to push thecrimpingpiston to move in an opposite direction; under the acting force ofspring,the die holder drives thediecomes back, in order to be easy to take out thecrimpedrubber hose assembly.
