High-precision Lubricating oil purifier, Hydraulic Oil Filtration Plant / Black Engine Oil Recycling Machine

This DTS equipment is an upgraded product based on ZTS Multi-Function Equipment, it has over 40 R&D patents, and it adopts the pure physical cryogenic distillation and micro-filtration purification technology, it can fully cracks the molecular chains from different oils, refractory oxydic impurities wrapped by oil film (which can not be filtered by the common oil purifier) under different temperature conditions, that means, using the pure physical method(flocculation and bridging) to fully remove all the suspended particles or sediment which can not be dissolved in gasoline or benzene, to recombine and link the oil molecular chain and film, and restore the physical and chemical indexes and cleanliness of oil to the Chinese National Standard GB range (the used oil must be from the unmixed GB oil).

(2)Compare with the ZTS, the configuration and material of the DTS equipment has entirely upgraded. It uses the technology of Treble Configurations and Double Controls, the treble oil pumps (gear pump, turbo pump and vacuum pump) and double controls (pressure switch control and liquid level control). Its oil pump of cycling uses turbo mode, it is high temperature resistance, no leakage, attrition resistance and no need displacement. The configuration of

whole equipment is more reasonable and safe, its performance is more stable and its operation is more convenient, especially, it’s suitable for deep decolorization of non-standard oil.

Magnetic Filtration technology. Feeding and trashing by one-touch mode, it has the specialty of easier operation, faster and smoother oil drain, thorougher purifying, lower cost, lower labor intensity and etc... Its proprietary components are maintenance free in its whole life (without dismantling and evidence by seals), it completely resolve the plight for all kinds of industrial oil pollution, and it gets rid of the embarrassment in decades of history such as: couldn’t filtrate the oxydic impurities by using filter element (strainer) or vacuum oil purifier (black oil in but black oil out), filtered oil couldn’t be used, displaced the filter element (strainer) or filter paper (fabric) frequently, the cleanliness of oil after filtered by old oil purifier was same as the oil before filtration, high cost but low efficiency.
