High Performance Rotary Dryer For Various Wet Materials

Rotary Dryeris a drying equipment used to reduce the moisture of various wet materials , these materials could be Ore / Food / Wood waste / Chemical etc . Complete drying process including heating stove ; rotary dryer ; conveyors ; dust collector ; hydrofuge device etc .

Rotary Dryeris made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, usually supported by concrete columns or steel beams. The dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under gravity. Material to be dried enters the dryer, and as the dryer rotates, the material is lifted up by a series of internal fins lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material gets high enough to roll back off the fins, it falls back down to the bottom of the dryer, passing through the hot gas stream as it falls.

Rotary Dryercan divided into two types .Co-current flow and Counter-current flow .
Co-current flow is mean gas stream moving toward the discharge end from the feed end .Counter -current flow is mean the gas stream toward the feed end from the discharge end.Rotary Dryer has max temperature of 700°C, the max moisture it can deal with is 45%. Rotary Dryer can take coal ; wood waste ; wood charcoal and other materials which can burning and bring the hot gases.
