Usage:

Kunding spiral classifieris one of the most widely used classifiers. High-weir spiral classifier is mainly used to classify the granules in the ore pulp in metal processing and to deslime,dehydrate in ore washing process.In addition, this machine can be employed in wet magnetic separation and deironing.

Operating principle:

The pulp feed is introduced into the inclined trough and forms a setting pool in which rough particles of high falling velocity quikly fall to the trough. At the same time the fine granules are discharged with the pulp through the overflow weir.The rough particles will be conveyed up to the inclined trough by mechanical rakes.
