Installation, trail and maintainof Honeycomb Coal Briquette Machine

1. Fasten the machine on solid cement floor

2. Clean the sundries around the machine and fill lubricating oil in transmission part

3. Check whether the screws are loose

4. Adjust the punch, run belt by hand; make sure every part goes well

5. The main engine should run clockwise, do not reverse it, before starting, remove the belt and test the direction of the motor,

the direction of motor and big wheel should be consistent

6. Put belt on and trail

7. Check whether there is unusual noise or phenomenon by point move method

8. If the machine runs normally, start to produce

9. Maintain the machine and fill lubricating oil regularly

10. Anything unexpected happens, cut power immediately
