Product Overview:

DMC-2 Series pulse bag dust collector which is based on the DMC-1 improvement becomes new and efficient. It retains the DMC-1 Series of purification efficiency, large processing gas capacity, stable performance,easy operation, long life of filter bags, small maintenance workload, etc, but also from the structure and pulse valve to reform,resolving the problem of open place and low air pressure.

DMC type pulse bag-type collector basic structure mainly consists of six parts.

1, the case on: by the cover can be lifted and diffuser is composed;

2, the housing: by porous plate, filter bag device and's pipe is composed;

3, lower housing: by air inlet, ash bucket and inspection door is composed;

4, ash discharge system: the reduction gear and ash and ash discharge device is composed;

5, blowing system: the control instrument, control valve, pulse valve, spray torch, gas bag and protective loading system is composed;

6, control instrument used JMK - 2 type pulse control instrument, WMK pulse non-contact control instrument.

Product Use and Application:

DMC Series pulse bag dust collector is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, rubber, flour, chemical, pharmaceutical, carbon, construction materials, mining and other industries.

Product features:

1, MC - Ⅱ type pulse bag-type collector in retaining the former MC - Ⅰ type filter based on the advantage of, the low resistance of QMF - 20 p type pulse valve, dust control system and the service life of filter bag etc than MC - Ⅰ type doubled, reduce the maintenance workload.

2, soot cleaning with compressed air from the original 5-7 kg/c m2 pressure, to now 3 kg/c m2pressure, but soot cleaning effect is still can achieve 5-7 kg/c m2 pressure effect, in order to expand the scope of use.

3, due to structural improvement, enhanced the equipment rigor, leakage air volume can be lower than 10%, further improve the product quality.

4, reform the peel device, filter bag fixed methods for equipment repair and maintenance to improve the working conditions.

5, injection device increased the shield, plate structure adopted the rain proof measures to make dust collector in the open air does not need to place other fortification canopy, reduce the construction investment.

6, soot cleaning part of the original dragon stirring removed, device the YJD electro automatic rotary ash discharge valve combination shut wind device. Expand the soot cleaning use effect, reduce the repairing, sealing strict, ash discharge fast.
