Wood Dust Pipe Dryer

Structure and work principle:

1) Wood Dust Pipe Dryeris equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe,

exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.

2) First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates

hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the

exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the

curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is

finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

3) Wood Dust Pipe Dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Technical Details:

1. HGJ-I and HGJ-II Wood Dust Pipe Dryer are suitable to process materials which moisture content between 20%-25%. And it can reduce the moisture to 8%-12% one drying time.

2. HGJ-III Wood Dust Pipe Dryer is suitable to process materials which moisture content between 35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% one drying time.
