Our quality :

Steel plate:

We use high density cold rolled plate from Shanghai baosteel and Anshan iron and steel group corporation, it has high density and smooth surface, it won’t deform. And it’s surface is covered with oil slick, protecting it from rust.

Small manufacturers use hot rolled plate which has low density, it’s easy to arch and deform after processing and long time’s use. It’s surface is not smooth and easy to rust.

Drawer’s guiding rail:

We use 3mm cold rolled steel bar to make drawer’s guiding rails, it has high density and after test it can carry 120kg load with ease, the steel bar is galvanized and won’t rust. We customize high speed steel bear bearings, the drawer can be pulled out and pushed in smoothly even after over 10,000 times of pulling and pushing.

Small manufacturers use 2mm galvanized steel plate to make drawers’ guiding rails, and use low quality ball bearings, which has big bearing play, and creak after a period of use, then pulling and pushing is not smooth, the ball bearings’ lifespan is short.

Processing:

We process the steel plate with CNC punching machine, precision reach 0.1mm, all finished parts have exactly the same sizes,. CNC bending machine make the bending to the precise angle. our PLC controlled spot welders ensure the product’s surface has no apparent welding marks.

Small manufacturers use common cutting machine to process the steel plate, which heavily depend on worker’s experience to determine the sizes, no matter how experienced they are, it’s hard to make it to the exact sizes.

They use argon arch welding or electric welding which damage the surface while welding, later grind the welding mark trying to make it smooth.

Phosphorization

After phosphorizing, the coating have a strong adhesive, the coating won’t peel off, the layer of phosphorizing is anti-erosion, even when the coating is removed by external force, it won’t rust under protection of the layer of phosphorization.

Small manufacturers don’t phosphorize, they clean it with duster and then spray the coating, the coating will peel off after about a year’s use, sometimes even within a year, then the steel plate will rust, if scratched, it will be more faster to rust.

Finish spraying:

We use prestigious brand powder which has steady properties and even in tone, anti-aging. Whole process automatic spraying.

Small manufacturers use powder produced by small factories who recycle rubbish powder, which has unsteady properties and many impurities, it has apparent chromatic aberration, aging very quick.
