Structure features:

1.There are three types:double roll,single roll and double-smooth roll.

2.Being made of chilled alloy cast iron,the rolls have hard wear-resistant surface .

3.The machine is equipped with overload protection device to protect the main parts not damaged due to overload.

4.Machine is equipped with an emergency brake, when an emergency, pull the lever, the machine will stop immediately, safe and reliable.

5.Manual space adjustment makes the operation more convenient.

6.It adopts a whole base or split base, easy to carry and install,also forroutine maintenance.

Applications:

The machine is mainly used in the regeneration rubber process.

Crushing the raw rubber block orreclaimed rubber.
