Product introduction

The series of dyeing machines of high temperature and high pressure are applicable for hank yards such as polyester, polyester-cotton, polyester-wool, acrylic fibre, nylon, twine and so on.

Main features

1. Pumps of low head, large flow rate and high efficiency are adopted. The water spraying is uniform and the quantity of water is abundant and the flow rate can be arbitrarily controlled according the stranded wire type.

2. A special triangle nozzle makes the dyeing of yarn uniform.

3. The semi-automatic door opening and closing equipment can improve production efficiency and reduce labor strength.

4. Accessories can be selected according the needs of customers (such as automatic computer control system, quantitative injection feeding system and so on).
