GZD series Vibrating feeder adopted vibrating motor as Exciter, which is generally installed in front of the primary crusher, conveys big blocks continuously and evenly while removing the dirt and impurities by screen bars. As necessary equipment, it can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant. It features strong construction, easy to maintenance and operation. They are widely used in water conservancy&electricity,mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.

Usage of Vibrating feeder:

Vibrating Feederis used to send blocks of materials and granules into the receiving device (crushers, mills etc.) periodically, continuously and uniformly. It can not onlyscreen the materials previously, but also send the materials to the crushers uniformly. Thus this vibrating feeder is widely used in metallurgical extraction, coal mine, mineral processing, building material, chemical and materials-grinding industriesand so forth.
