GWC-ZA series Mesh welding machine

Line and cross wire are pre-straightened and cut-to-length,extremely fast and easy to change and

GWC-PA series Mesh welding machine

Line wire is from spool and cross wire from pre-straightened and cut-to-length, this machine is designed for the large batch manufacture of light mesh,for example, fense mesh.

GWC-PB series Mesh welding machine

Automatic Line wire Feeding system

Line wire automatic feeding system is used to feed the line wires fully automatically to the welding points. There is almost no stop between two mesh sheets,which improves the production efficiency very obviously.

Line Wire Straightening and Compensating System

This system is used when line wires are from spools.

The individually adjustable straightening blocks cover a large range of wire diameter for better mesh quality. The synchro adjusting pole could adjust the space of all the wheels at the same time in order to save time.

Mesh sheet stacker

The mesh sheets are automatically pulled out and stacked.Motorized transport system for exact positioning of the sheet. Easy adjustment for varying mesh configurations. GWC series mesh welding machine is equipped with automatic mesh turning device and motorized roller conveyor.
