Description& composition

Switchgear rectifying cabinet: (1 set)

One-cabinet design of both switchgear cabinet and rectifying part with function of switchgear cabinet and rectifying control of solid state high frequency tube welder.

Install incoming line switch, incoming line ampere meter and switchable voltmeter and incoming line voltage indicator light.

Install 3-phase full-controlled thyristor rectifying bridge to realize power adjustment of solid state HF welder.

Install flat-wave reactance, flat-wave capacitor and filter to improve the flat-wave coefficient.

Inverter output cabinet: (1 set)

Inverter output cabinet realizes the integration design of resonant inverter and series type resonant tank circuit with compact structure and high efficiency.

The inverter part is composed of MOSFET single-phase inverter bridge connected in parallel. The power of single-phase bridge is 60kW/120kW; the inverter bridge adopts the building block method to realize power superposition. Each inverter bridge is designed to be drawer type, which is very convenient to be installed and repaired.

Adopt matching transformer to realize power combination. With adoption of secondary resonance and no need of welding transformer, tank circuit resonant capacitor (low voltage) has a resonance with the inductor coil directly to realize power transfer through output arm.

Adopt sealed cabinet with installation of air conditioner.

Connecting optical fiber: (1 suit)

The communication between switchgear rectifying cabinet and inverter output cabinet are realized by connecting optical fiber which can ensure the control system not to be disturbed by high frequency signal to enhance equipment reliability.

Air /water cooling equipment: (1 set)

The cooling equipment is designed with water temperature, water level indication and protection to realize the cooling of switchgear rectifying cabinet, inverter output cabinet and resonance tank circuit. The two types of cooling equipment are alternative to the user.

Console: (1 set)

Realize the function of remote operation, power adjustment, status monitoring and malfunction diagnosis for solid state HF welder.

Install HMI system composed of PLC and LCD touch screen, which is easy to be operated and monitored by user at site.

Install various AC/DC meters and operation buttons for the working status display of solid state high frequency tube welder.

2-D/3-D positioning table: (1 set)

For inverter output cabinet installation and inductor coil position adjustment.
