The product has two grades of cooling: one is to be cooled by wind, that is to utilize wind to cool down shaped cooling pipes; another is to utilize the combination of wind cooling and water spring. Under the condition of high environment temperature, please adopt two grades cooling. Two grades cooling can spray spring water to the surface of cooling unit while the surface is cooled by wind. So shaped pipes’ heat can be brought outside together with the vapor, and the top fans can exhaust wet hot air outside to the air , meantime water in the flow can be recollected when it passes the water dehydrator. In this way two grades cooling can get its cooling efficiency. But under the condition of low environment temperature, one grade cooling method usually is adopted. The consuming quantity of spring water is only 0.1~0.2% per flow unit

2 Hot galvanized steel plate structure

As main auxiliary device of hot treatment industry, it is usually applied in hot treatment quenching media system, controllable air multipurpose stove system, induction heating up stove system,vacuum stove system etc.,and in the fields of aircondition, forging,casting,chemistry industry,food, injection,printing,generator unit,power factory,glass melting furnace etc.

3 Closed Cooling Tower Evaporative Condenser Details

Hot galvanized steel plate structure	The whole Closed Circuit Cooling Tower structure is made of hot galvanized steel plates, all soldering places will be painted with 95% zinc. Its surface is sprayed environment-protecting blue vertical stripe paint to enhance the function of anti corrosion. We also can change material according to customer’s requirement
Spring system	It takes vertical centrifugal pump to provide enough spring water, and ensure that the whole shaped pipes are buried in water flow. Spring pipes adopt standard PVC material to get the desired character of anti corrosion. Spring water can be sprayed evenly on the surface of the shaped pipes which have ABS spraying mouths made by accurate plastic moulds
Shaped cooling pipes	They are made according to international standard, and They are made of T2 deacidation purple pipe with a purity of 99.9% copper, as well as they have high heat exchange efficiency. They take overlapping permutation with a higher heat exchanging efficiency,and decrease the air pressure drop when passing the machine system. The well done shaped pipes will be tested by 1.2MPa gas so as to ensure no leakage existing before used
(Dehydrating unit) Water recollecting part	It is made of PVC material installed inside the machine in groups. Dehydrating units have three turning structure to stop the water mixed in the air flow. It can reduce the maximum rate of escaping water to the 0.1‰ of the whole recycled water
Wind inlet grid	They are made of PVC material, and installed in the machine’s outside surface that can be easily uninstalled, so the inlet and outlet shaped pipes can be maintained and repaired.Spatial grids have a double structure to guide air turn and flow, so they can stop water spray outside and protect water pipes from being shined directly by the sun. There is a space to slow down air moving speed, so it is sufficient to guide the air moving direction to fan’s side
