Overhead Crane Mechanism Parts

1Double main girder, welding box beam, camber accord with National Standard.

2,It is made of carbon steel with high quality of Q235B or Q345B(as Fe37 or Fe52)

3,The main girder is connected by strength bolt, it can be made as centre-rail or inclined to one side;

4,Metal structure use steel pretreatment process;

5,Weld joint between girder cover and web is tested by X ray or ultrasonic examination;

6,Crane wheel, trolley wheel and brake wheel are treated by untermediate frequency, power frequency;

7,Leeb hardness tester control heat treatment hardness.

Trolley
