·GQL self -scrape-clean filter contains a stainless steel self -scrape-clean filter, a pneumatic pump or electric gear pump import from America, which are installed all on a trolley and can be removed to any place of product line working continuously.
·Self -scrape-clean has a hull of stainless steel, inside which there are a special designed flat filter built up by trapeziform wire and a unique cleaning disc. Unfiltered liquid enters the top of the filter, solids are deposited on the inside surface of the filter screen. Clean fluid flow to the outside of the filter. Solids retained on the inside screen are removed by a unique cleaning disc which is driven by compressed air to moves up and down along the screen. Draff are scraped to bottom of filter,which will be discharged after the concentration .
