1.De-rusting grade is up to ISO890-11988 A-B Sa2.5 standard, and roughness is up to Ra 70um.

2.Adopts intermediate frequency heating and preheating temperature should be lower than 240 Celsius degree .

3.Adopts high-voltage electrostatic spraying, and epoxy powder can be reused by powder recovery system.

4.Efficiency of coating line: 4 to 12m/minute.
5.Coating thickness after curing: 0.18 to 0.3mm
