Instroduction:

This series of machines integrate washing, filling and capping, it can be used for juice hot filling of production line for glass bottle. The whole working process is automatic. The advanced OMRON programmed controller(PLC) is adopted to control the machine working automatically while tranducer is used in the bottle-feeding chains to adjust speed. And it also can coordinate with the inverter of the machine for the inverter moving bottle forward more steadily and reliabley. The machine is an ideal equipment for juice beverage maker because it is convenient to operate with higher automation while every part of the machine is inspected to work with photoeletricity.

Features:

The suspending bottlnesk clamping design makes the bottle stable during the high-speed moving conditions. By changing a few parts, it can meet the need of production of different types of bottles easily.

The new generation of stainless steel grab is adopted and the grabs have no contact with the area above the bottle's screw thread, Nozzles in the grab can gurantee the complete wash of the interior of bottle.

The advanced mocro-negative pressure filling techology used in the machine makes the filling quick, steady and accurate. The beverage-holding tank is fully-closed and also, temperature-control device and CIP washing interface are installed.

This machine can meet all the technical requirements for hot filling below 95 centigrade. And before capping, bottlemouth will be clleaned by RO washing device.

Magnetic torgue is used fro screw capping, and the power of capping can be adjusted steplessly. Capping is reliable and no harm to the caps.

Advanced technologies, such as human-machines interface touch screen and PLC computer program control are adopted in this machine.

All parts that have direct contact with the beverages are made of high quality stainles steel. And many critical components such as decelerator, motor are from famous internation companies.
