FUNCTION1:Pile face can be rolledoutwards(ie reverse winding);this belongs to "constant tension winding",with an even tightness from inside to outside; no pile broken, no pile damaged; pile in only way; no deformation in transport; using a PLC full-automatic tension variator to control the winding.

FUNCTION2: Pile face can also be rolledinwards(ie normal winding); this belongs to "tensionless winding", to the topgrade fabrics which had been through soft slurry, no narrow amplitude be found after the winding; suitable for various kinds of fabrics with a random tightness; using frequency-converterstepless variable speed change to regulate the velocity and control the winding.

FUNCTION3: Frequency-converter starts at a low initial velocity and then up to its highest level in5 seconds, no affecting the rolling quality.

FUNCTION4: While a defect be found, the machine can make an emergency stop, its shutdown time is only0.2second.
