Float glass machine for glass washing and drying machinery

1. Purpose

It is used for washing and drying upper and lower surface of common flat float glass and high-quality LOW-E glass. It is composed of feeding section, washing section, drying section, discharging section, fan (bellow) and electrical cabinet, which can be used with Glass Tempering Line, Laminating Line and Edge Grinding Machine.

2. Technical Features:

2.1 The brush rollers are driven by upper and lower motors respectively. There are three brush rollers in upper part and three in lower part, which diameter is 180mm. Motor drives the belt, which drives brush accordingly. There are two hard brushes (lifted by cylinder) and one soft brush (0.7mm soft brush hair, lifted by cylinder, driven by separate converter motor), which can wash tempered LOW-E glass and coated glass without damaging the coated surface.

2.2 The washing section and drying section can be lifted in overall by electricity. The lifted range will be displayed by rotary encoder and digital display directly. The largest range is 400mm. Lifting range of upper rubber roller, brush roller and air knife, etc., is showed by digital display.

2.3 There is a pipe and stainless steel tray installed in feeding section. Lower part of rubber roller will be soaked in the water to pre-wash surface of glass, so as to reduce debris entering the tank.

2.4 The transmission roller is made of vulcanized rubber roller with stainless steel spindle nose. We adopt bevel gear as the main transmission, converter motor for driving, inverter for speed control and digital display for transmission speed reading.

2.5 There are two pairs of air knife to dry the surface of glass, with first pair of cool straight air knife and the second pair of large inclined air knife. Air knife is made of stainless steel with special process. The inclined air knife is with heating and temperature control device.

2.6 Washing section, metal plates and covers on two sides are made of high-quality stainless steel.

2.7 Other parts have been coated with high-class paint.

2.8 Water: tap water (meet civil water standard) and deionized water (deinoized water equipment shall be prepared by the buyer).

2.9 There are three tanks, which are made of high-quality stainless steel. We use pumps from joint venture. Pipes are made of stainless steel too, but the nozzles are made of plastic.
