ShIDA flat vibrator (also called separators and sieves) separate bulk solid materials from solids and slurries using multi-plane, inertial vibration that causes particles to pass through apertures in the screen or to travel across the screen surface in controlled pathways.

Typical applications include sifting, scalping, classifying, de-dusting and de-lumping of dry bulk solids, or dewatering of solids-laden slurries.

The screeners range in diameter from 18" to 100" (460mm to 2540mm) and are offered with single or multiple screening decks, separating particles in one to five predetermined sizes ranging from 2" (50mm) to 400 mesh (37 microns).

A wide range of models and specialized options satisfy a broad range of applications from the most simple to the most challenging, in capacities ranging from several pounds/kilograms to more than 30 metric tons per hour.
Structural characteristics for Model S49A vibratory screen machine:

1.A vertical motor is used as a vibrating source with a compact structure, light weight, low center of gravity, smooth operation and easy maintenance.

2.Model S49-1 is provided with a upper and lower pressed screen ring structure with a V-type channel, which features a big tension, smooth sieve surface, without any occurrence of relaxation.

3.Model S49-2 is mounted with a buckled screen, which is charaterised by a reliable pressed screen, easy and quick installation and maintenance.

4.The bounce balls are provided under the screen so that they can strike the screen during operation. In this case, the mesh can be prevented from bing clogged by material grains.

5.The rubber ring is mounted between the layers. It is locked with fastening belt outside. Its seal is reliable and no dust can run out.
