PSB flat-plate top discharge centrifuge

Features:
1. This machine has reasonable structure design, effective elimination for residuals of the dead corner, smooth frame of the structure, polished surface and its external structural parts, fasteners and drum are made of stainless steel.
2. Base and the casing are whole welding structure, by which it is high bearing strength.
3. Base is a flat plate structure which reduces the machine's center of gravity, so the installation space is smaller. Meanwhile flat base can be used as a platform, which is easier to operate.
4. Installed liquid or rubber damper can eliminate vibration more effectively and simplify the routine maintenance.
5. Shell cover with feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation tube and lighting hole. Online cleaning system (spray system) can clean the invisible area of the inner wall of the shell inside and outside surface of centrifuge, rotating drum, collecting tank surface within the centrifuge, which ensure cleanliness requirement and complied with GMP standard.
6. Started by frequency converter smoothly, separation factor adjustable.

Standard configuration:
1. Structure: shell cover with feeding pipe, washing pipe, observation tube and lighting hole, sealed structure, drum, shell and cover, etc. are all made by stainless steel (304).
2. Transmission and brake: General Motors (or explosion-proof motor) + friction automatic clutch + friction type manual braking device. PBZ adopts a direct explosion-proof motor, frequency converter control.
3. Electric control device (control box) + inverter + energy consumption braking.
4. Liquid or rubber damper.
