FJGZ-120 Microcomputer Double-head Powder filling and Stopper Machine

Introduction

This machine is used for powder filling and rubber stopping in pharmaceutical factories.

Characteristics.

2. Stepless speed regulation: adopts Taiwan Delta’s inverter, which can stably regulate speed.

3. Accurate filling: adopts high-precision three-pharse hybrid stepping motor.

6. Convenient assembly and disassembly: the filling head can leveling turning, it only need one screwdriver for cleaning the screw rod.

7. Convenient adjusted: powder delivery device adopts leveling turning for adjusted, the filling weight is according to users’ demand.

8. Parameter saved: The parameters will be saved in the machine.

9. Automatic powder delivery: powder checker with high sensitivity is equipped in the powder hopper to assure that there will be enough powder in the hopper without manpower.

10. Convenient cleaning: The parts of table-board adopt high column installation, with obturating ring, can directly cleaned by water.

11. Bottle sending protection: if bottles are disordered or enough ones can not be offered on the rail, the machine will automatically stop, no bottles should be blocked.

12. Bottle delivering tray is dragged by one motor with stepless speed regulations to avoid disorder
