It is a kind of new weave, which is woven by bulked yarn. Since its weft yarn is whole or partly made of bulked yarn, it is different with normal filter cloth woven by continuous fiber. Also since its yarn is fluffy, strong coverage and good permeability, this cloth could enhance the filter efficiency, reduce the filter resistance. Its filter rate is up to 99.5%, and filter speed is 0.6-0.8m/minute.

It is mainly used in such industry as cement, carbon black, iron & steel, metallurgy, limekiln, thermal power, and coal fired boiler.
