The single spiral classfier is mainly used in the pre-classification and examine operation of milling circuit in the dressing plants, as well as in the desliming and dehydration in ore washing and dressing operation.

The sorter has advantages of simple structure ,reliable performance and simplified operation.

Working principle:

Use principle of the solid grain‘s different settle speed by their different size and proportion to do mechanical classification. Along with overflow fine grain flow out and settled coarse grain conveyed to the mill zone by helical conveyor.
