1. Pan mixer

3. Self-cleaning Crusher

On the base of general standing miller, crusher avoids the problem of materials’ sticking to the wall so that it can produce continuously. And it's also available for returning material.

4. Granulator

As the one of the key equipments in fertilizer industry, rotary drum granulator is applicable to cooling, heating, and guniting and ammoniated granulation and big scale fertilizer production of high, medium and low content.

The Drum body adopts special stainless steel and rubber plate lining structure. It can remove scars and peel burls automatically. It has the advantages of high strength of granule, high production rate, crossion proof, abrasion proof, low energy consumption, long service life, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.

Note: Prodcution rate, granulatiion rate and the diameter of granule will vary with different formulation, process and raw materials.

5. Dryer

Rotary Drum Dryer adopts the means of Drum marginal transmission, flange connection, direct heat transfer. It is the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the energy and get best drying results.

6. Cooler

Drum Cooler is one of the key equipment in compound fertilizer industry. It is mainly used for cooling the fertilizer products after being dried and can cool the hot granular fertilizer to normal temperature rapidly. It will enable rapid packaging and prevent lumping in storage and transportation process. The micro-subpressure operation of this machine can reduce pollution and improve the working environment. 7. Rolling& Sieving Machine

The rolling Sieving M/C is the common equipment used in the compound fertilizer production, mainly used for the separation of the finished product and the returning materials, with the advantages of good effect of sieving, simple construction, easy operation and smooth working.

10. Dust Control System

The Dust Control System consists of indoor dust removing system, dust sediment room, spray chamber and chimney. It greatly helps in reducing the dust inside the workshop and exhaust. The powder materials can be collected from dust chamber, effectively decreasing the waste of materials.
