Organic fertilizer (biological) ball granulation machines The series of machines are suitable for the following granulations.

1. The organic fertilizers with turfs, lignite, sludges of organic fertilizes and straws as materials can be made into granules;

2. Organic fertilizers or organic compound fertilizer granulations with chicken manure (animal manure) as materials;

3. Cake fertilizer granulations with bean cakes as the main materials;

4. Organic fertilizer granulations with residues of urban rubbish or sewage treatment plants as materials.

5.drying machine

It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-35%, like sawdust, rice hull, and milled wheat

straw, corn stalks and so on.

It takes the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency, reducing the moisture to 8-12%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove (boiler) generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air are flowing and going through the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
