The importance of Double Roller Granulator technology as one of the most important branches of powder particles processing treatment is increasingly clear with the demand of environment protection and the improvement of automation of the production process. Powder product granulating has become the necessary trend of powder-after-processing technology in the world.

The significance of pellet strength processing to the powder product is embodied in the three main areas:
I. Reduce dust pollution and improve working conditions of operation.

II. Meet the requirements of production processes, such as increasing porosity and specific surface area, improving thermal transmission and so on.

III. Improve the physical properties of the products (such as fluidity, Breathability, bulk density) and avoid the bad influences of segregation, pulsing, agglomeration, bridging etc. appearing in the follow-up operations (drying, screening, measurement) and the use of the process (measurement, ingredients, etc.), improving the appearance and fluidity, being convenient for storage and transportation, controlling solubility, controlling porosity and specific surface area and so on. Create the conditions for enhance the production and use of process automation and confined operations.

DH series dry roll press granulator adopts dry rolling technology to compress the powdery materials with moisture content ≤ 5% into pieces or tablets, then going through the processes of breaking into pellets and screening to make the lump materials into pellet materials that meet the requirements of application. Dry roll press palletizing mainly depends on the manner of external pressure to force the material going through the clearance between the two relatively turning rolls to compress into laminar particles. During course of roller pressing, the real density of the materials can increase 1.5-3 times thus reaching certain demands to pellet strength.

Advantages of NPK granulator

Adopting increased shafts output dedicated reduce and drum gear shaft coupling effectively protects the rolls and the main bearing from damage, increase the driving efficiency and further improving the production of products. One roller’s bearing seat is fixed and the other roller’s bearing seat is sliding.
In the surface of the roller, many holes are arrayed. According to the different compression rate of the materials, choose the trough of one roller aiming at the trough of another roller, or peak to trough. Two rollers are arranged in horizon.
With the supporting pressure of hydraulic cylinder, they are close to each other and the hydraulic system can has the multiple and automatic protection function.The optimizedhydraulic system makes the motion flexibility of dynamic rollers stronger and be able to reject the iron lumps mixed in unexpectedly and protect the equipment to run safely.
Roller pulling with roller removal device, it’s more easily and quickly for you to change the rollers, and save your costs of changing.
