Description:

Description:

Suitable width-nip press, shoe press and other press to middle and high speed paper machine for producing high grad paper and paper board etc.

l How To Use Papermaking Felt

1,Before using:

Check the package;

Check the number of product, specification, GSM of the felt;

Open up the package; check the quality, specification and size.

2,Loading:

Clean the related parts of the paper machine;

Look at the front, back and the direction of the operation;

Prevent the felt from oil and demagnification of hard thing;

Cannot pull and tear by force.

3,Be ready for running:

Unfold the felt;

Wet the felt fully;

Strain the felt properly;

Check the state of roll and felt;

Press properly;

Paper machine creeping;

Strain the felt again;

Press the felt in normal;

Washing and soft the felt;

Use the washing and vacuum system correctly;

Adjust the setting state of felt surface.

4,Pulping:

Be ready for pulping;

Adjust the strain of felt in normal timely after pulping;

5,Maintenance:
