Introduction on drying machine

1.If the raw material has a high moisture rate that is above 12%, you should install a drying machine in the production line. The drying machine can used to dry all kinds of agro-forest sawdust.

2.There are two kinds of dryer. Rotary type dryeris called roller type dryer or drum dryer, this type of dryer is used to dry raw material with a 40-70%moisturer content, with the features of high efficiency, large capacity, high drying rate, easy to operate and maintain and so on. The other type is Hot air flow type dryer, this is also an important plant for making the charcoal, which can automatic feeding with high strength drying, high capacity, small dust and short time, this dryer is suitable for dry20%-40%moisture content

The selection of drying plant modles depends on the original moisture content of raw materials.

Operation Principle:

1. wet materials are sent into silo by belt and bucket conveyor,

2. the material pass through feeding tube into the feed end. The gradient of feeding tube must be greater than the natural angle of materials, so that material can enter into desiccator.

3.The desiccators’ cylinder is an oblique rotating drum. Heat-carrier that enters into the dryer from the low-end can form reflux with the material added from the upper end.

4.With the rotating of cylinder, materials are carried to the bottom end by gravity.

5.wet materials obtain heat input of heat carrier to be dried.
