This is our latest Version stenter, which showed in our factory in June, 13-18th, 2012. Main improvements as bellow:

1. Install motor for adjusting each chamber's working width

2. Improved the air duct for more better stentering result

3. Special Designed High Temp. Blower motor for more engery saving.

Main Features for our stenter:

1. High Efficiency Heat Exchanger

Quickly heat up the room temperature to the required temperature, thus greatly reduce the dull time and achieve production efficiency.

2. Special Designed Dryeing Chamber with 150mm thickness

The drying chamber is made of high density insulating material with 150mm thickness, it can greatly reduce the heat loss to ensure a good stentering effect.

3. High Efficiency Centrifugal Blower

Even at high temperature, it can generate enough air volume and air pressure and guarantee the hot air to flow rapidly through the fabric by the up and down nozzles, thus achieving perfect stentering effect.

4.Evironmental friendly products

Our stenter machine is specially installed our environmental product ( XW500/500A Exhaust Air Purifying Device or RESA-RG40 High Efficiency Waste Heat Recovery Device) to protect the environment while creat extra benefit for the enterprises.
