Easy and quick sheet pile clapping
The AKP tilting system turns the sheet piler 90 degrees to snap the sheet piles. It makes sheet piling quick, easy, safe and economical, and improves performance by more than 30%.
A standard AKP series uses wire to hold up the sheet pile and requires two people to hang it. The tilting device needs only one person to assist the operator handling the whole piling out process. The simple design makes sheet piling easy and trouble-free.
Supporting Cylinders and Straight-Up
The system’s cylinders sense each time the machine tilts and straightens, ensuring the correct position at each stage of operation.
When piling begins the unit keeps constantly straight, for consistently stable piling.
AKP sheet pile drivers are suitable for medium lengths of tube and sheet piles.
