EVA film Glass Laminating Machine

Function:

This machine can produce thetraditional EVA laminated glass,also can adopt different material, such assilk,cloth, metallic braid and so on, in the middle between the two glasses, may adopt film, like EVA film. through heating and vacuum, the two glasses and material in the middle will be agglutinated in the same place, at last, it make together. If you add the material differently, the use effect is also different.

These products also have many kinds of functions like sound-insulated, the heat insulation, the explosion-proof, bullet proof and so on.is used widely ,have been widely used and well in demand for home, bank, hostipal ,store, show-room, Image CIS and so on .

Features:

1. Every beds/layers can work and controlled individually, and not affect each other, so it's convenient and high efficiency.

2. It's controlled by touch screen and PLC program, more precision.

3. Heat multiperiod: it will heat preservation under low temperature, and will constant temperature under high tempreature, what's more, it will outage colling automaticlly.

4. Alarm system: It will stop automaticlly and raise the alarm when one layer finish the work, however, the left layers can work as usual.

5. The vacuum pump system has a conserve device, which can avoid the vacuum long term work.

6. It has a lifting system, so it's easy to remove the glass panel on the first and the last layers.
