This electronic automatic counting filling machine is made up of a machine box, double-layer vibrating mechanism, material containers, material delivery pad, photoelectric counting channels, cylinders, photoelectric counting system, cylinder and electromagnetic valve system, a control box, a conveyor, sensors, etc. With PLC, operations like counting, filing and monitoring can be carried out quickly on both common capsules and transparent capsules of irregular shapes.

How It Works
The material container, material delivery pad, photoelectric counting channels and cylinders of this electronic automatic counting filling machine can be detached easily without using tools. Solenoid valves are adopted to control the cylinders to loosen or tighten the material delivery pad.
Sensors of this electronic automatic counting filling machine function to monitor the material funnel. When a bottle arrives below the funnel, the funnel covers the bottle and drops the counted pills inside the funnel into the bottle swiftly. If the height of the bottles is changed, all a user need to do is to adjust the height of the working platform through the interface.
