EFC-90 Full Automatic Transfer Line for Inner Spring Units

EFC-90 is the latest developed automatic Bonnell inner Spring units production plant by ESUN. It includes ECL-80A digital spring coiling machine,EAM-300 Assemble machine and EFC-90 transfer machine. Steel wire will be produced to spring by ECL-80A Spring coiling machine then spring will be sent to EAM-300 assemble machine by EFC-90 transfer machine, finally spring will be produced to spring unit by EAM-300 assemble machine. EFC-90 automatic Bonnell inner spring units production plant adopts digital and modular design. You can choose ECL-80A digital spring coiling machine and EAM-300 Assemble machine, this traditional semi-automatic production plant to produce small quantity spring unit and various of specification spring unit. Also if require highefficiency production, like to producelarge quantity of spring units with one specification, you can add one EFC-90 conveyor machine later with ECL-80A and EAM-300 to be full automatic Bonnell inner spring unit production plant. EFC-90 can process up to 12 spring units /hour (spring unit size: 1.5 m X 2m)

ECL-80ADigital Control Automatic Coiler

ECL-80A digital coiling machine is totally digital controlled to produce spring. With advanced controlling software, you can adjust spring diameter, spring height, number of turns and feeding wire length.ECL-80A cancel the traditional CAM GROUP, can produce different specification spring more conveniently and adjust the spring shape precisely. So high quality required spring can be produced by ECL-80A.

EAM-300 Automatic Spring Units Assembler

EAM-300 drives to work byhydraulic system. ESUN patented designmonolithic clamping mechanism, with high precision and adjust jaw position easily and facility. You can change the whole set of jaw to produce different specification spring units.

EAM-300 assembly machine is equipped with one set of jaws, which can be chosen from below indicated tables. Below tables shows the jaw specification, jaw quantities, and the connection between spring diameter and shortest distance spring be positioned. From below table, you can add the pitch of each spring to add the spring unit width. For example:

One 150cmx200cm mattress, spring unit size is 147cm x 195cm, can be made by different specification spring and change different specification jaw through NO.1 form of below table.
