However, the current Aluminum-plastic packing quality exist various limitations and problems. According to the requirements of our customers, our factory integrated the advantages of Aluminum-Aluminum and Aluminum-Plastic packaging both home and broad and kept designing, developing and manufacturing new products: DPP-250A/140A Plane Aluminum-Plastic Automatic Blister Packer. It is a newly multi-functional packing machine, which is suitable for packing various capsules & tablets, and also is high-sealed blister packing equipments for iatrical instrument, electronic parts and hardware. The machine integrates many functions such as automatically heating, forming, feeding, heat-sealing, batch-number printing, trace-pressing, and blanking. The machine can extend expiration date, make the packing-sheet beautiful and safe, and improve sealing performance and packing degree, which excel the congener products both home and broad.

Characteristic:

1. Travel scope can be adjusted. Mould is located by located groove so it is easy to change mould, The machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and forcing.

2. Speed is shifted by stepless transducer. Adopt the interface of human -machine and PLC programmable controller. Adopt professional feeder and feed accurately.

3. The material is fed automatically. The mould and feeding equipment can be designed as user's requirements.

4. The equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scrap-collecting can be chosen.

5. Double stepping motor drive wheel to grip and tow wrapper,synchroning accurately.

6. The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops,which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine's life.
