Principle of double layer water immersion autoclave for glass bottle:

Preheating the sterilizing water in the upper tank with steam generated by boiler, provide heat source to the sterilizing.

1.Raising temperature: preheated water fill the sterilizing tank quickly, initial temperature rises quickly.

2.Sterilizing: sufficiently supplied steam, heat recycle, heat distribution steady.

3.Cooling system: cooling water inlet to the autoclave to cool the food directly. Three kinds of control system including manual, semi auto, full automatic PLC control are available.
