Introduction

All digits and high accuracy automatic constant tension control is mainly made up of tension detector ,high accuracy A/D,D/A converter and high ~performance single chipprocessor etc .It can produce constant tension for coiling sheet ~like materials according to the the comparedtension from sensor's etected value and the preset value ,and then automatically adjusting D/A output after single ~chip processor PID calculation ,and after that modifying the excitation current of magnetic powder clutch /brake or torque of servomotor automatically .The controller is appliedin industrial controls in which require precisiontension measurement ,and it is flexible and widely in application.
