FRAMAX DIATOMACEOUS BEER FILTER WITH HORIZONTAL DISCS AND MANUAL DRAIN

Mobile filter built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, fabric filter discs of 60 micron mesh, Stainless product pump, S.S. pipes, S.S. valves, pump for the dosing of diatomaceous earth.

Recovery of the residual liquid through the last filtering disc, fast cleaning the filter pack without dismantling of the pipes.

DESCRIPTION HORIZONTAL FILTER DISCS

The frame is extremely sturdy, it is built in stainless steel AISI 304 mounted on wheels, 2 of them have brakes.

It supports:

FILTRATION SECTION

- Filtering Chamber ;

- Stainless Central manifold ;

- Filter elements in high quality mesh, induction welded on the edge of the disc ;

- AISI 304 stainless steel spacers between the plates for sanitizing with steam.

SECTION EARTH DOSAGE & MIXING

- Tank manufactured in satin stainless steel for mixing of the diatomaceous dry earth ;

- Dosing pump to allow the constant addition, regular and continuous of diatomaceous earth mix directly in the product line entering the filter for the duration of filtration, the pump also stir the earth in the tank.

SECTION PUMPS

- Dosing pump piston for diatomaceous earth ;

- Feed pump AISI 304 stainless steel with mechanical seal, driven by electric motor ;

- Set of pipes with valves in stainless steel AISI 304, butterfly type with entry, exit and taps for self draining and sampling ;

- Group for the air venting of the filter ;

- Internal of Pipes polished, all welds levelled and cleaned.

SECTION WASTE FILTRATION

Recovery of the residual liquid through the last disc with the aid of the same feed pump or with gas.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND CONTROL

Electrical equipment complies with safety standards.

- Pressure gauge for checking inlet pressure, incorporated graduated flow meter in HL/h.

- Indicator lights at the entrance and exit of the filtered liquid.
