called "adsorbate". During the compressed air adsorption dehydration process, commonly used adsorbent have silica gel, activated alumina and molecular sieve etc, while uniformly mixed in compressed air water vapor is adsorbate. In the dryer, the adsorbent and water vapor in the compressed air

form up adsorption system, the dry air of compressed air is not involved in the adsorption

process but it acts as the carrier of adsorbate in the adsorption system.
