Vacuum Filter Introduction:

Vacuum Filter Main Features:

1. High vacuum degree, low concentration of filtrate and high filter efficiency.

4. All the operations such as suction filtration, washing and drying go on continuously by the action of vacuum.

5. Ring type rubber discharging belt is used with high tensile strength and long service life.

6..Ring type abrasive belt is set between vacuum container and the rubber belt, water is used to airproof and lubricate which can keep stable and higher vacuum degree, good for stable operation state.

7. Vacuum balance automatic discharging tank or steam-liquid separator is set to carry out zero potential difference automatic discharging or high potential difference discharging to satisfy requirements from different working states.

Vacuum FilterWorking Principle:

Vacuum Filter is a fine pulp dehydration concentrate the special device. Vacuum Filter use of negative pressure, water will be discharged in the form of concentrate cake.

Vacuum Filter with the precoating adsorbed on the surface of rotary drum, Vacuum Filter can discharge filter cakes automatically in coordination with scrapers. Vacuum Filter can automatically carry out continuous operation under the condition of vacuum filtration. Vacuum Filter can provide specially solid-liquid separation solution for soliquid (slurry, sludge, etc) with such characteristics as fine-grained, colloid, block (blinding) etc.
