Grain Silo for Corn

I, Introduce:

Cement bin (cement tank) consists of the warehouse body steel structure part, the ladder, guardrail, feeding tube,dust collector, pressure relief valve, high and low level meter, the discharge valve, etc. Cement Bin(cement tank) is cylindrical structure, there are four leg in the the bottom to hold the silo body, the whole silo body is welded steel, there are pressure relief valve and dust collector on the top.

II.Working theroy:

1, when the cement silo is working, the silo body should stand on the concrete base, and check if the cement tank is vertical with the ground or not, please weld the bottom and the base firmly.
2.After the cement bin is fixed well, the cement truck will send the cement to beside the cement bin, then connect the convey pipe of truck and the feeding pipe of the cement bin, then the gas pressure of truck will push the cement in the truck enter into cement bin.
3.In the processing of conveying the cement into cement bin, the operator should press the button of the dust collector to make the vibrating port work to shake off the cement on the bag of dust collector to stop the bag block up which lead to the explosion of bin.
4,Once the bag block up, the pressure in the bin exceed to the safe pressure of pressure relief valve, pressure relief valve will open automatically to release the pressure in the bin to avoid the explosion of the bin.
5,Through thehigh and low material level, you could get the level of the material in the bin.
6,When discharging the material in the bin, please firstly open the discharge valve of the bottom, and the cement will convey other place through conveying device.In the process of discharging, if springing appears, please press the button of the device of breaking springing in time to blowing which will break the springing to make sure convey the cement smoothly
7.when there is something wrong with conveying device, please firstly close the discharging valve to avoid waste of the raw material.

• The package for air cargo is by carton.The package for sea cargo will be packed by Non fumigation export worthy wooden case,we will charge for the package accordingly because our package is made by expert packing company .
• The price here marked is EXW Price.
