DC Series Motor Controller are used for elective vehicles such as electric forklift, golf cart, electric cargo truck, electric tractor, electric turck, rubbish transfter car, electric sightseeing car, utility vehicle, lawn mower, small cars and so on.

l Accelerator. This character decides the time for acceleration when forced to accelerate. The standard preset is controller will full power output after 3 seconds when the accelerator pedal is stepped in the end and forced to accelerate at the top speed. Setting the parameter appropriately make vehicles move smooth and steady.

l Accelerated speed: the acceleration time when forcefully accelerate

l Reliable protective characteristic. The voltage can be presetted before delivery. Controller can not operate if the voltage is over or under the preset value to protect the battery and motor. For example, the voltage of controller is 48V, the actual range of operating voltage is between 42V and 60V.

l Reliable accelerator's damage protective characteristics. When the accelerator is abnormal (such as resistance value is too large), controller will not start the vehicle to prevent starting "flying car" and other unsafe accident. When the accelerator value is too large( such as accelerator potentiometer is open circuit, the controller will not start the vehicle to prevent the vehicle always run in the high speed state.

l Thermal protection. The temperature of the controller will rise overtop when the controller operate long time at the current more the preset current. Controller can thermal protection. It will firstly fall the current and then stop operation. When the temperature return to normal, it will continue to operate.

l Plug braking when necessary

l Current limited. Controller limit motor current and preset a maximum value. Controller monitor motor current according the the data feedback from sensor which connect with motor armature in series. Controller can limit the motor current in preset value. When speed up, it can also eliminate the fluctuation of motor current and battery current and improve their service life.

l Convenience for maintenance

l More energy-saving than rheostatic speed regulation, extended battery work time, the vehicles move smooth and steady with stepless speed adjustment.
