Production Conditions:

-In case of hot-mix temperature lower than 140°C, production might decrease from 10 to 30 %;

-In case of very caking aggregates, production might appreciably decrease

-When using the screen, production may decrease depending on the aperture of required screen meshes, aggregate grading and recipes produced

-The production of mixer may vary according to different parameters, such as:

1. aggregate grading,

2. aggregate nature and size,

3. aggregate affinity to bitumen,

4. quantity of fines and bitumen,

5. mixing temperature,

6. addition of possible additives,

7. percentage of recycling material in the recipe.
