CPF PF4T 2-Stage Filtration System, Filter, Textile MachineryPart.

1. Application:

Already been widely used for PSF, Polyester Filament Yarn, POY, FDY, DTY, Nylon(PA,PA6, PA66, PA11), PP, Non-Woven Fabrics(Spun-bonded & Melt-blown), Composite Chemical Fiber(Nylon and Polyester), BOPET Film.

2. Advantages:

a.Increase Filtering Area using 2-Stage Filtration System to ensure the final product quality.

b.No continuous switch required for Indirect melt spinning.

c.Enhance the fore-spinning efficiency so that the life cycle of spinning parts can be extended twice or third times depends on the filtering precision of filter element.

d.Increased Winding Speed.

e.Higher manufacture productivity.

f. Reduced the manufacture cost greatly by using the regenerated materials.
