SDL series screw water chiller (low-temperature refrigerant) unit is the newest leading product marketed by our company, depending on the market demand and following the world latest technology research and development. The SDL series unit has 36 standard specifications in total, with refrigeration range of air conditioning condition chosen between101,450~1,565,250Kcal/h and liquid temperature range of refrigerating fluid of different models in each unit chosen between -40^oC~+20^oC. According to different client application places, it can be divided into the common version (temperature range-40^oC~+20^oC), marine version (temperature range-40^oC~+20^oC) and chemical industry tailored version (suitable for acid-base and corrosive gas temperature drop). The whole series water chiller (low-temperature refrigerant)unitcan be widely used in food processing plants, fishery ships dredging, electrochemistry plants, pharmaceutical processing industry, hotels and supermarkets. When used in hotels, it acts as the exclusive cold source for quick-freeze equipments, quick-freeze rooms, large cold-storage, vacuum freeze dryer, electrolytic bath and centre air conditioner. Compared to ammonia refrigeration equipments, the cold water (low-temperature refrigerant) unit is safer, more automated with less area coverage and environment pollution .

The compressor can adjust automatically depending on the load condition. Add the oil level on-off device to prevent low load and oil loss of compressor, to save electric power and extend the service life. In terms of different performance requirements to refrigeration units, clients can choose the compressor brands and models among Bitzer, Hanbell, RefComp and Frascold, etc.
