1.Gypsum board making machine consists of 4 parts

1.1.Batching, forming, solidifying and conveying part

This process mainly includes three parts: mixing, forming and conveying, which are relatively independent but interrelated. This process controlling system consists of lower PLC, HMI and inverter. PLC system consists of one set ZS-1 host and one set of extended machine; PLC and inverter communicate via fieldbus Devicenet; PLC, HMI and the host computer communicate via Industrial Ethernet. The control device consists of two control cabinet, six on-site operation box and some station emergency button box which are ZS-A01 forming control cabinet, ZS-A02 mixing control cabinet, ZS-B01 - 03 powder, liquid material, conveying, drying on-site operation tables, 4ZS-B04 board thickness adjustment operation box, ZS-B05 back paper splicing operation box, ZS-B06 faced paper splicing operation box, station motor start and stop button box and emergency stop button box. Meanwhile the operating system but the electric control boxes come with the process equipment have: ZS-B07 belt scale control box, ZS-B10 up rectifying operation box, ZS-B10 down rectifying control box, ZS-B08 - 09 dust collection control box and so on.

1.2.Cutting, wed end transferring and drying part;heat source

This process mainly consists of cutting, transferring, fast inlet and drying. The control system consists of PLC, HMI, Inverter and servo controller. The PLC system consists of one set ZS-2 host and two sets expansion computers. PLC, inverter and servo controller communicate via Fieldbus Devicenet and PLC, HMI and the host computer communicate via Industrial Ethernet. This control device consists of nine control cabinets, one on-site operation table, one on-site operation box and some station emergency button box which are ZS-A03 cross transferring and instrument cabinet, ZS-A04 board overturning cabinet, ZS-A05 dryer entrance control cabinet, ZS-A06-08 air fan cabinet, ZS-A09 main drive cabinet, ZS-A10 oil pump cabinet, ZS-A11 cutting cabinet, ZS-B05 on-site operation table, ZS-B06 cutting on-site operation box, station motor start and stop button box and emergency stop button box.

1.3.Finished products conveying, sizing, packing part

This part mainly includes fast outlet, sizing and stacking which are all equipped double. The aim is one set in use and one set standby according to the requirement, therefore the machine does not need to stop during some failure. Another feature is to set the gypsum board length in advance on another set and do not need to stop machine by changing product specifications.

The control system consists of PLC, HMI and inverter. The PLC system consists of one set ZS-3 host and two sets expansion computers. PLC, HMI and the host computer communicate via Industrial Ethernet. This control device consists of two control cabinets, one on-site operation table, three on-site operation boxes and some station button box which are ZS-A12 fast outlet control cabinet, ZS-A13 sizing and stacking control cabinet, ZS-B07 on-site operation table, ZS-B08 sizing operation box, ZS-B09 edge wrapping operation box, ZS-B10 stacking operation box, station motor start and stop button box and emergency stop button box.

1.4.Central control part

Host part adopts RS VIEW as the monitoring software table to monitor the whole production process. RS VIEW is the open software produced by Rockwell corporation and it use Windows operating system as the platform and have the functions of flow chart drawing, alarming and record, report printing, trend curve etc and also support the communication protocol of the third party. The design and composition of host monitoring software; user login and management; main control screen and each section images which include each processes’ animation display, parameter setting, fault alarm collection, in-time data curve etc.

After using the host monitoring system, the on-site craft and equipment operation all can be monitored well and seen clearly. The operator not only can be convenient to observe and control the production, but also can adjust the parameters timely according to the production. The maintenance personnel can analysis and search the failures according to the history trend curve and solve the trouble quickly which improve the efficiency. The general monitoring system displays the production process in front of operators and managers so it improves the scheduling and decision efficiency and promotes the production management level greatly.
