Vacuum instant vaporization concentrates sweat milk without damaging nutritional components, for example: the dry matter in sweat milk of 11.5%-12% can reach up to 12.5-13% after flash vaporization, which increases the dry matter and removes the smell as well, so to keep the original milk flavor.
