It is composed of bed, bed head and sliding device. The bedstead and feed lauder are made up the bed. Bed has two types (coarse bed and groove bed). According to particle sizes and density, the proper bed type is chosen (attached forms). Bed is connected by the hook on the bed of bed head, supports in the sliding device. With the pushing of bedside, the bed moves back and forth to beneficiation.
The eccentric roller which is driven by the eccentric shaft makes rocker support arm moving. The rocker support arm fork drives the joint T-screw, which makes screw move back and forth. Bed head lubricant bearing uses the ZQSN5-5-5 material as sliding bearings, which has low noise and moving neatly characteristics

Table concentrator consists of Head Motion, Decks, frame, Feed and Water Box. When operate table concentrator, the ore grains laminate surface and according to the proportion and granularity, and make the longitudinal motion and transversal motion along the bed surface, in function of the gravity, the crosswise running water momentum, the inertia and friction force from the reciprocation symmetry movement of bed surface.
